Under the tenant fees act 2019, landlords cannot force you to employ a professional cleaning service to complete your EOT clean, as long as the property is left in the condition set out in the tenancy agreement. Unfortunately not. We thoroughly vacuum all carpets and clean all floors during our EOT cleans, but our professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning service comes at an extra cost.
